Join your peers for a hands-on session led by NMFTA cybersecurity experts where you will walk through the process of conducting a business risk assessment, generating a risk register for your business, and preparing to conduct a tabletop business continuity exercise. This two-part session will begin with detailed instruction and collaborative exercises focused on building a comprehensive risk register that covers your entire operation. The second half of the session will focus on constructing meaningful tabletop exercises for your team based on the risks identified in your risk register, taking your next tabletop from conceptual exercise to a practical training tool that will measurably increase your business’s resilience.
